Area Type and Land Use

What should be Area Type for the few 100m sections visible in google earth. It looks like urban but the buildings don’t have direct access to the surveyed road (NH4 as seen in google earth).
Should Lnad Use be coded as undeveloped as the buildings have access to other road?

I would code the area type as urban. For land use I think you could code residential even though there is not direct access on one side.
