Greetings, my name is fatimah and i am new here. I am currently working on my coding assignment, and i have a question. My question is on the up grade cost, from my understanding Upgrade cost” in VIDA is not about current road condition. It’s about how much investment would be required to bring the road up to a safe standard, given what safety features are missing or need improvement. so now the problem is the road i am coding has most of the attributes in place and from my coding observation, i thought since we have most of the road features in place, the upgrade cost is low. But after my first assignment submission, i got it wrong. so now i want to understand what it mean by Low, Medium and High upgrade cost. thank you
