This is a shared bicycle + moped path. After the intersection (camera standpoint) it splits. The bicycle facility will become a standard bicycle path (bicycle + light moped). The mopeds go on the main carriageway. This is indicated by the white and red sign.

The sign in the picture states that mopeds should go on the main road. Prohibiting mopeds to continue on the bicycle path. (This is not the case for the light mopeds).
This sign indicates that a bicycle facility is also for mopeds.
There are no signs to indicate if light mopeds are allowed. So they are permitted at any bicycle facility, unless stated otherwise. In the image below light mopeds are not allowed. It is indicated by the blue sign “fietspad” and the text on the white sign below stating “dus geen brom- en snorfietsen”.
