How should the flow direction be coded for mixed traffic roads?

Flow direction is associated with bicyclists flows and the interaction among cyclists in opposite direction and the risk it imposes. For consistency and be safety pron, I recommend coded as two ways even if more than one lane. This will account for cyclists in the same traffic lanes traveling in the opposite direction and other attributes should minimize the risk interaction like the wide lane width.
