Hii sir,
This is Daniyal. I needed assistance regarding a few technical terms in the data entry VIDA IRAP excel file.

  1. Carriageway A of a divided road, Carriageway B of a divided road is it necessary to do both sides of the road can we cant do only one side
  2. Secondly the number of lanes. Does the number of lanes include both sides of the median or the one side lane only.
    I would be grateful for your timely response.

Hi Daniyal,

  1. For divided roads generally data collection will be in both directions. so need to code separately.
  2. Number of lanes needs to count in the direction of travel only.
