Lane width in the absence of lane markings

Greetings !

I have an inquiry from the sample picture attached

if the “Red Arrow” has medium width lane or medium (2.75m to <3.25m)

based on the manual if no lane markings are present the total road width should be divided by the number of streams to determine the lane width. Since a truck have an ample space on each side, should these roads without lane markings coded as wide lane?

or follow the edge line on before the lane mark is present? and code is as just delineation is poor?

Hi:

Due to lane markings are not present, I’d code since blue line as a wide lane (>3.25m),poor delineation and Paved shoulder as none in both roadsides.
With this, roadside objects are closer.
