Main Intersection vs sub-intersections

Cuando se presenta una gran intersección con flujo vehicular considerable y a su vez se divide en sub-intersecciones. Deberíamos en este caso codifcar solo la intersección principal o cada una de las
sub-intersecciones?

When a large intersection occurs with considerable vehicular flow and in turn it is divided into
sub-intersections. We should in this case codify only the main intersection or each of the
sub-intersections?

The coding in my opinion should be on each sub- intersections. With the help of the picture provided as attachment, each sub-intersection to be coded separetly and the u-turn must be ommitted to remove the number of conflict or can be allocated into other areas not on the intersection point._
