(Model deprecated version) Distance of lightposts

From what distance should lightposts be scored as present? Often lightposts are on the oposite side of the main carriageway, as seen from the cycling lane. They do not light the cycling lane directly in this case, but would likely still provide enough scattered light to make the lane more visible to cyclists.

Here a picture of a situation like described, where the cycling and motor traffic lane are also separated by a body of water.

There is no specification on the distance of light poles. If the street lights seem to be sufficient to illuminate the facility enabling smooth movement of pedestrians and bicyclists, it may be coded as present. For the above image it may be coded as not present.
