Question regarding coding for iRAP:
Should intersections located at the start/end of a segment, or at a small distance from the start/end of a bicycle facility be coded/scored as intersection or not? (e.g. distance 0 of Damseweg to Damseweg in the picture below). It could be argued that the intersection is not relevant anymore for cyclists already on the cycle lane.

Intersection should be coded if it falls between the start and end point of a segment.
