(Model deprecated version) Virtual speed management and road delineation

Two questions regarding situations like below:

a) The markings on the road seem to indicate a speed hump being present, but the area is not actually raised. Should this be coded as ‘speed management’ or not?

b) The normal (and present) road delineation is interrupted by the virtual speed hump. Does this warrant coding ‘road delineation’ as poor?

Although no raised hump is present in the image the markings appear to be a traffic calming/speed reducing feature so we can code ‘speed management/traffic calming’.
I would code delineation as adequate at this location despite the gap in edge markings.
