New user trying to access coding course

Many years ago, I used NetRisk to undertake risk assessments for QLD TMR. I have been tasked with undertaking a Benefit Evaluation Realisation Report on a section of road near Toowoomba. This includes an iRAP assessment. I have created an account and asked for my access to be upgraded.

I want to do the coder training, but keep getting the following error. “XML-RPC Error (404): Unknown error”

Any ideas?
