Not get any star ratting it says "Not applicable"

Hello!
When uploading our data to ViDA I am not getting any Star ratings for all category (it says “not applicable for all the roads”). I’m not sure that the issue is.

Do you have any suggestion for that

Hi there, there could be a couple of reasons for that. First is that there is no flows included in the upload file (ie AADT = 0, MC % is 0 and there is no peak ped or bicycle flows. Second is that major roadworks is coded throughout the road. Perhaps you can double check these and see if it’s the cause?

I recorded as major work in “Road works” by mistake. Now it is working. Thank you very much. Its really helpful to me.
