Number of lanes?
I think there are 2 lanes. The inner spot seems to be narrower than lane next to. Judging width inner side, it appears to be less wide than lane where white car is.

The road studs are working as lane marking which separates two lanes. It seems like two lanes plus paved shoulders on both the sides in this image.
