Raised marked crossing
Just marked crossing for pedestrian. The hump (it’s not raised or table type crossing) is non-standard and may cause some vehicles to apply sudden break, so it’s not effective speed management measure.
Was it ideal to have a pedestrian crossing facility at the corner anyway? I may as well say it is a marked speed hump though it looks like a rumble strip
