This one is a typical pedestrian crossing from Mumbai. Not marked, not raised. A blinking signal is provided to warn drivers plus road hump few meters before the crossing and depression/opening in the physical median so that pedestrian can cross. How to code this pedestrian crossing?

How to code pedestrian cross flow (peak hour demand) for foot over bridge such as this one. Is the crossing demand present only if they are crossing the road below bridge? Or the number of pedestrians using the bridge are to be coded as peak hour cross flow?
