How can I codify the driver-side object (shrubs) in a divided road?

My questions is about shrubs, because I have two options: tree or upwards slope-rollover.
I think “upwards slope-rollover” option is the best solution.
Hi, I don’t think i see an upward slope, and the trees don’t have trunks >=10cm. In this case, I would code no object.
