Star rating generation vehicle occupant for some part was showing not applicable

I have entered all the data for the all rows. but vehicle occupant for some part was showing not applicable what I need to check or modify.

If your Star Rating results shows ‘not applicable’ for any road user category, there could be two reasons. (1) Flow is zero - that means the road user is not present (2) Major road works in progress. For vehicle occupants it is not likely that you will have put the AADT value as zero hence I suspect you have coded major road works in progress.

Please review the Motorcycle % in column BL. If you have used code 10 - 100%, this will also result in no star rating being displayed for vehicle occupants. Below are the codes and the corresponding percentages:
