I am coding carriageway A. My road went from a Merge Lane from two to four lanes. Suddenly the carriageway A was divided like shown in the image. How should I code number of lanes ? The road is approaching the Toll Gate.

If your road has gone to 4 lanes in 1 direction then code ‘4 or more’. But Coding Manual says that you should record the predominant character of the road and short changes (<400m) should not be recorded. So it really depends on the length of those additional lanes.
In this case I cannot verify the length because the survey u-turned right before the toll gate.
Just keep number of lanes same as previous 100m segments then.
